CANTINA PLANETA

This winery, built in 1995, is located near the town of Sambuca di Sicilia. It is surrounded by vineyards and by an secular olive grove too.
The winery was newly rebuilt in line with the architectural style of the area and is divided into a ground floor and a basement.
At the ground floor there are the de-stemming machines, the press, the steel tanks for fermentation and the bottling line. At the basement there is the cellar for fermentation and maturation in 1200 barriques.

There you can find also a sophisticated chemical laboratory for analysis.
